Yesterday, the heart of Bashundhara Residential Area beat a little faster as neighbors, friends, and families came together for the highly anticipated Bashundhara R/A Neighbourhood Get Together. It was a day filled with laughter, nostalgia, music, and the warmth of community bonding. At Trikon Holdings, we believe that real estate is about more than just land and structures; it’s about the people who live there. That is why we were incredibly proud to serve as the Official Event Partner for this vibrant gathering. Here is a look back at how the day unfolded. A Morning of Energy and Nostalgia The day kicked off at 9:00 AM with a hearty breakfast, where residents greeted old friends and made new ones. The crisp winter morning quickly turned energetic with the Sunnyul Learning Studio session, setting a positive tone for the day. By 11:00 AM, the excitement shifted to the field. The children’s "Ball Throw" brought cheers from proud parents, but the adults weren’t to be left behind! The crowd roared with laughter during the traditional Men’s Hari Bhangga (Pot Breaking), followed by the highly competitive Women’s Pillow Passing game. It was a wonderful reminder of the simple joys of neighborhood camaraderie. A Cultural Extravaganza After a break for Namaj and a delicious community lunch, the stage came alive. From 1:35 PM onwards, the audience was treated to back-to-back performances. Melodies by Sayma Rahman, Mizanur Rahman, and Kamrunnahar Joly kept the afternoon mood serene. As the sun began to set, the energy ramped up with performances by Ehan, Pinky Chettri, and Tamanna Chowdhury. The evening truly peaked with the dynamic performance by Labu Bhai & Group, which got the crowd moving. The musical journey continued into the night with the soulful voices of Nodi & Hridoy Hasin, concluding with a stellar performance by Tutul. The event wrapped up with the suspense and excitement of the Raffle Draw, sending many lucky winners home with smiles on their faces.
